Alegria (Spanish): Happiness, Joy of life. 

With inspiration from Alegria, I would like to share my energy with others in the form of massage. By transferring a positive attitude and energy flow into the recipient, a healing action will appear throughout the entire body. The warm energy flows through the body as a pure stream of energy resembling a powerful wave. Utilizing different techniques I will search for possible energy blocks which I  will restore like a puzzle piece fitting properly into place.

Trained in various disciplines including Ayurvedic, Tibetan Healing, Sport,Classic, Marma reflexology and Thai yoga massage, I mixed various techniques to give a cocktail of massage to the happy receiver.  Also I like to incorporate the healing benefits of Reiki. Reiki works with positive power and pure clean energy which will flow throughout your body when your channels are open. This warm healing energy will be transferred directly to your body through the hands.

While massaging I can determine your Ayurvedic constitution and will structure the massage according to your complaints and how pain manifests in your body. The amount of pressure used and choice of oils will be chosen depending upon your specific state of health. In Ayurveda there are three different types of bodily constitutions, with possible combinations of each. There is Vata (Air), Pitta (Fire) and Kapha (Earth). For example, somebody with a Vata (Air) constitution will be treated with less pressure and a lighter touch than someone with a Kapha (Earth) constitution. Also, a Vata (Air) person for example typically has a smaller frame with dry skin that would benefit greatly from oils that nourish and protect their body. The oils I use have their origins in Tibet, India and Europe. I also use ethereal oils and medicinal hot Indian oils when needed or requested.   The whole body will be incorporated into the massage, including both the face and head. The specifics can be tailored to your wishes.
